Again can't say enough good things about it! Due to the fact that I couldn't just drive down and look at it I live 11 hours away from his dealership. I feel the motor gets locked up and needs cleaned or replaced. When I arrived the salesman Dave had my vehicle running and warming up! I have had it around 4 months and am very happy with it. It pulled a light camper and small boat. Not only Zach, but the whole staff, was friendly, efficient, and helped us get the best possible financing for our new vehicle. I drove the 325 miles to see the car and it was what I thought it would be. I owned it for 14 years and 220,000 miles. I am 71 years old and purchased more than my share of cars and this experience with Greenlight Auto is by far the absolute best experience I have ever had. Steve who had to service all the cars was great and he too went over and beyond the call of duty. The car had back seats that folded flat and gave me plenty of room to haul the catering orders I needed to deliver. . Without hesitation , I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. I then felt the actuator motor located on transfer case wasn't responding. I am 60 years old, and it is by far the best vehicle I ever owned. Comfortable ride, roomy, comfortable and convenient interior. Good luck to u all. I highly recommend this vehicle if shopping for a trustworthy midsize with a small bed but don't need a full size.
I would recommend speaking with Austin for your next car purchase Great customer service, from start to finish! Only really big expense was a transmission a year ago in 2016. It was under 2000 dollars and gets great gas mileage. He was honest and upfront about everything even sent me pictures of underneath the body and any type of rust on the vehicle. We took it on trips and left the Lexus in the garage. All I know, is when the right one comes along, it's mine! We gave it to our daughter about 6 months ago until some guy ran a red light in Nov.
I owned a Sport Trac for 14 years. I took my old motor and open it and it was locked up. Carlos, the general manager is a true professional in every aspect and is an even better person. Hubby always took great car of it and believe me one tiny sound and he would know exactly what it was. When the time comes I will by from Team Motorsports again! Manny was extremely helpful in putting a deal together while taking care of other clients and accommodating my dogs on a very hot day. We are sold on Quality Motors! My wife, daughter and grandson are and were very pleased with the whole process. Purchased vehicle with 123K miles and engine went out at 160K.
I bought a super clean 2005 Ford Escape with 235k miles on it. He went above and beyond my expectations of any dealer. Very useful as far as scope of use. Even the tonneau bed cover still looked new after 10 years. This vehicle which I bought new in 02 now has 184000 miles. I spoke with Austin regarding a blazer for sale. After 10 years the step bars had to be removed due to rust, however I lived in Minnesota, so I'm sure the winter road salt was to blame.
We ran 253K miles before the transmission finally gave out. It would still be rolling if not for that wreck. But the engine was still strong and I had only started putting money into it, more than routine maintenance, in the last year or so. Found and test drove the vehicle on Monday and picked it up on Saturday. Recently I purchased a total of three cars from Greenlight Auto. I cleaned the armature with emery cloth and use dielectric grease on ends of the shaft gingerly and put it back together and it works.
